The Oster 2619 350-Watt 3-in-1 Hand Blender is a kitchen gadget that packs a lot of power with its 350-watt motor. It is compact and has three different main attachments that you can use in coming up with a food preparation with an excellent result.
Its tall and slender motor housing does fit in your hand very comfortably and boast of its three accessories: the stick mixer that is used for blending, the food chopper and the electric knife. The cup included in the package can be used in two ways: a measuring cup and a blending cup
The first attachment is tool that you can use for blending such as mixing puree, fruit shakes and other things. The second attachment is the mini-chopper that is ideal in chopping fruits, vegetables, nuts, and other ingredients. The last tool is the electric knife that is so sharp; it can cut through almost anything like small pieces of meat included.
Each of these attachments connects easily to the motor of the gadget in a quick and simple one-turn lock action. The stick blender has a blender space made of stainless steel and this is very effective in blending soft foods and liquids like shakes. It can also handle hot liquids like hot soups which are often impossible with the use of regular food blenders.

Another major downside is the tendency for the motor to get burned when the operation goes over 3 minutes. So you have to be mindful in allowing time for the motor to rest to avoid from it getting burned.
