Do you enjoy making frozen drinks, but hate leaving those big chunks of ice?  Then the Cuisinart BFP-703CH SmartPower Duet Blender/Food Processor is the solution to your problem.  I used to always have friends come over and enjoy having frozen drinks, but we never could crush the chunks of ice and it always got on our nerves.  That was until I bought the Cuisinart BFP-703CH.

Who would’ve thought it was possible to combine two kitchen appliances into one, which can do both blending and processing tasks?  Cuisinart did just that and introduced it to the market.  Now you don’t have to buy two separate kitchen appliance since this food processor can handle both jobs by itself. This saves you money as it serves more than just a food processor.

I personally thought to myself that it would probably be more of a problem than a solution since it’s probably not going to perform well. But i was wrong! I even told a friend of mine who purchased the Cuisinart BFP-703CH SmartPower Duet Blender/Food Processor that she just wasted her money.  But when I actually saw the things it could do, I couldn’t wait to get my very own.

The Cuisinart BFP-703CH has seven speeds that you can use, one solely for crushing ice and one for food processing, as well as for a pulsing speed.  You can use the 3-cup capacity work bowl, along with its reversible slicing/shredding discs to process food quickly, or simply replace it with the included 40-ounce glass blender jar for blending shakes, smoothies, crush ice, and much more.

Although most attachments of the Cuisinart BFP-703CH SmartPower Food Processor are dishwasher safe, it is an amazingly sturdy product.  Cleaning up the unit is not a problem either since you can easily wipe it down with a sponge.

But besides these features, it also comes with a booklet that explains how you can use all of its available features, along with a list of 48 recipes. So it’s not like you will be left with a blender and not know how to use it to its full potential, but you can also have a great time following the recipes.

If there is one thing that this machine has to work on, it is the plastic motor locking ring on the blender base. It easily breaks. This makes the machine less durable to wear and tear. But this is just a minor flaw compared to all the good things that this machine has.

So overall, I give this product two thumbs up.  There is no longer the need of keeping two kitchen appliances on your counter, instead, purchase a Cuisinart BFP-703CH SmartPower Duet Blender/Food Processor and see for yourself how handy this unit can be.
